Membership term is 12 months (the “Initial Term”). Your first month’s membership fee will be automatically billed at the time of purchase and prorated during the first month based on the remaining days in that monthly period. The membership will then be billed on the first of each month going forward for the remainder of the Initial Term and any subsequent term.

YOU MAY CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR FURTHER OBLIGATION WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGN-UP. IF CANCELLED, MONEY PAID BY YOU WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS OF OUR RECEIPT OF THE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION.

You may cancel prior to the end of the Initial Term if you move 25 or more miles away from any Bathhouse location, or if you have a significant physical disability that, per doctor’s order, prevents you from receiving the services for more than three (3) months.

After the Initial Term, your membership will continue month-to-month until cancelled, or thirty-six (36) months from the date of sign-up, whichever is earlier. You may cancel within fifteen (15) days of the end of the Initial Term, and then at any time after that.

If you cancel within the first three (3) days of a monthly renewal, you will not be charged for that month. If your request to cancel is received more than three (3) days after the start of the monthly renewal, the membership will not be cancelled until the following month.

This membership is valid for the enrolled member only and may not be shared or transferred.

Unlimited weekday Day Passes are valid Monday through Friday for any available Day Pass timeslot, excluding holidays. Weekend visits are not included but are eligible for a 20% member discount for up to two admissions per day.

Members also receive:

• 20% off one guest admission per day, any day of the week.
• 10% off treatments (Massage & Scrub), any day of the week. The discount applies to the full treatment price only and does not apply to treatment add-ons.

Membership credits may only be used by the enrolled member and cannot be used for guests. Guests are eligible for the 20% guest discount but are not eligible to use membership credits or receive treatment discounts.

Member discounts do not apply to Daybeds or Lounge Chairs. Weekend and guest discounts can be found and applied in your cart during checkout.

Please reserve your visit in advance. We are not able to guarantee entry without a reservation.

Appointments canceled outside of our 24-hour cancellation policy will not be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows are subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

Bathhouse reserves the right to discontinue this membership or modify its pricing and terms at any time. In the event the membership is discontinued, members will receive 30 days’ notice and may continue to enjoy their membership through one final billing cycle.

If pricing or membership terms change, members will be notified in advance and will have the option to continue under the updated terms or cancel their membership after satisfying any applicable commitment period.
