How it Works
Group Session for up to 8 Guests
Book individually or grab a friend to take the class together. Either way, get ready for a group experience by meeting your Sauna Master in the lobby.
Sauna MAster-led Experience (75 minutes)
A Sauna Master will lead you through rounds of sauna, cold plunges, and steam sessions. You will push your body through rigorous circuits of contrast therapy.
Finish Strong With an Aufguss
After rounds of contrast therapy, end with an Aufguss session and continue bathhousing on your own.
