Modern Classic
The standard Aufguss experience: Heat, oils, and both expressive and functional towel waving, all set to music.
Freestyle
A movement-focused Aufguss pushing the limits of towel waving.
Theater
A full theatrical production mapped onto the Aufguss. Lights, costumes, props, and acting, baked into the Aufguss experience. Think Theater as an extreme sport.
Herbal
An Aufguss using natural aromatherapy elements of whisks and herbal teas.
MEET THE SAUNA MASTERS
Róbert Židek
Róbert is a contender for the Aufguss GOAT, boasting a 2021, 2023, and 2025 AufgussWM Championship, the 2025 Masters of Freestyle Championship, and a recent transition into judging competitions like Battle of the Gladiators. A true master of the sauna, Róbert has been winning competitions since 2017 and elevating the practice of Aufguss throughout his tenure. He is the Director of the Infinit Sen aufguss program.
Eliška Židek Blažková
Eliška is a seasoned Theater and Herbal Aufguss specialist, claiming the 2022 and 2024 AufgussWM Teams Vice-Championship and producing rituals for the Aufguss Herbal Cup, of which she was a 2025 Finalist. Eliška has enjoyed a long competitive tenure beginning in 2016 and dominated the early Czech competitive circuit. Eliška is a Sauna Master at the Aquapalace Praha aufguss program.
David Zatočil
David is one of the youngest and most accomplished Sauna Masters to enter the scene, making his first AufgussWM appearance in 2023 at 4th place and taking 2nd place in 2024. David is a towel savant and is a consistent threat in Freestyle competitions, claiming the 2025 Battle of the Gladiators Freestyle Championship in 2025. David is a trainer at the Infinit Sen aufguss program.
Ingrid Tillmann
Ingrid is firecracker talent, beginning her competitive career in 2024 with 5th place in the AufgussWM Teams and taking 3rd in Singles and 4th in Teams in 2025. Ingrid paired these accomplishments with freestyle titles, competing in the Battle of the Gladiators Freestyle Championship and taking 4th in 2024 and 3rd in 2025. Ingrid is a Saunamaster at Infinit Sen.
